Eleveia Nose EMS Device

Three rows. Twenty-one nodes. One motor doing the work.

Every roller on this thing spins under its own power. That means the pressure comes from the motor, not from you holding your bodyweight over a foam tube while your quads are already finished. Grip both handles, rest it on the muscle, and pull — about an inch per second. Three speeds, a 4.5-hour battery, and five LED dots that tell you the charge and the setting before you start.

Eleveia device in use

IN YOUR HANDS

Sit down. That's it. That's it.

No plank, no floor, no wrestling with a foam tube. Rest it across your quad, grip both handles, and draw it toward you at about an inch per second. The rollers pull themselves along — your job is just to steer and pick a speed. Two to three minutes a muscle group and you're done.

FAQs

Is this strong enough to actually do anything?
On speed three, yes — you'll feel it on a tight quad within seconds. But "strong" here doesn't mean punching. The motor holds steady pressure across three roller rows while you control how hard you press down. That's more useful than raw force: you get the same intensity on your tenth pass as your first, which is exactly what a foam roller can't do once you're tired.
Can I use it on my back?
Lower back and lats, yes — sitting upright and reaching around works fine. Between the shoulder blades is harder with this one, because the twin-handle grip needs both hands out in front of you. If your upper back and neck are the main problem, the SculptRoll's loop grip is built for exactly that reach. This one is built for legs.
How long does the battery really last?
Up to 270 minutes — about 4.5 hours — on a full charge. At ten minutes a session that's roughly a month of daily use. It charges over USB in about two hours and runs while plugged in, so a flat battery never ends a session. The five LED dots show what's left before you start.
Is it loud?
It's a motor, so it isn't silent — but it's closer to an electric toothbrush than a power tool. You can hold a conversation over it and use it in front of the TV without turning the volume up. Speed one is noticeably quieter than speed three.
How often should I use it?
Daily is fine. Two to three minutes per muscle group, which puts a full leg session around ten minutes. Speed one before training as a warm-up, speed two or three after. There's no benefit to going longer — if a spot is still tight after three minutes, come back to it tomorrow rather than grinding it today.
Is there anyone who shouldn't use it?
Don't use it on broken or irritated skin, over a fresh injury, or directly on bone or joints. If you're pregnant, or you have heart disease, a blood-clotting condition like DVT, or an implanted medical device, check with your doctor first. This is a recovery tool for sore muscles — it isn't a medical device and isn't intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
What's in the box, and what if I don't get on with it?
The massager, a USB charging cable, and a quick-start card. Free shipping across the US, and most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours. You've got 30 days from delivery — if it hasn't earned a spot in your routine by then, email us and we'll refund you in full.
